First, wet the Hertz cloth with clean water and gently wipe the skin to remove makeup.
To remove eye and lip makeup, use warm water and leave it on for 10 seconds before gently wiping it off. One sheet is enough to easily remove light makeup; adjust the number of sheets you use depending on your look.
