Payment Methods

  • Credit Card
    We accept domestic Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards.
    After confirming your order details, please select Payment Method, then choose ECPay – Credit Card, and follow the on-screen steps to complete your payment. Be sure to enter accurate information to facilitate bank verification.
    All online credit card transactions are protected with SSL encryption to ensure data security.

  • LINE Pay
    After confirming your order details, select Payment Method, choose LINE Pay, and follow the steps to log in to your LINE Pay account to complete payment.

Shipping Methods

Delivery Coverage

Shipping is available within Taiwan (main island and offshore islands).

  • Home Delivery (Postal Service)
    Orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post. Due to current delivery arrangements, specific delivery dates and time slots cannot be selected.

  • Convenience Store Pickup
    Convenience store pickup is subject to parcel size and weight limits.
    If an order exceeds the limit, it will be shipped in separate parcels.

Important Notes

  • For convenience store pickup, the recipient name must match the name on the official ID.

  • If incorrect information is provided at checkout and the parcel cannot be collected, the order will be cancelled. You may place a new order with correct information, or contact customer service to update your details and pay an additional NTD 60 shipping fee for re-delivery.

  • If incorrect information results in not receiving SMS notifications, you may log in to your account to check order status.

 ▍Order Cancellation


If a parcel is undeliverable or refused and returned to us, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.

 ▍Re-shipment


If re-delivery is required due to personal reasons (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery attempts followed by return), please contact customer service with updated information and pay the re-shipping fee:

  • Convenience store pickup: NTD 60
  • Home delivery: NTD 100 Once the returned parcel is received, we will re-ship your order.

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Home Delivery (Postal Service)
    Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days after shipment.
    Delivery dates and time slots cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Convenience Store Pickup
    Delivery time may vary depending on store location. On average, parcels arrive 3–5 business days after shipment.
    You will receive an SMS notification once your order arrives. Please bring a valid ID to the designated store for pickup.

Electronic Invoice

 ▍Invoice Issuance

In accordance with the Ministry of Finance Directive (Tai-Shui-Zi No. 1070001765) on Electronic Invoice Implementation, peacefy does not issue paper invoices for purchases made on our official website. All invoices are issued electronically.
An electronic invoice notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 3 business days after successful payment.

For business invoices, the PDF electronic invoice included in the email can be downloaded and printed directly for accounting use.

 ▍Invoice Carrier Registration


Mobile Carrier:
You may choose to store your electronic invoice using a mobile carrier. Please ensure that all information is entered correctly. If incorrect information is provided and not corrected in time, any resulting issues will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

 ▍About Returns


In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers who shop online are entitled to a 7-day inspection period.
If you wish to request a return or exchange after receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Before returning any items, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you with the return process.

At this time, returns are accepted only for entire orders. All items must be unused, in original condition, and complete with original packaging, including any complimentary gifts, packing slips, and accompanying documents. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted if products show signs of misuse, disassembly, or human-caused damage, including but not limited to malfunction, breakage, wear, stains, scratches, incomplete packaging, or missing accessories/gifts.

Any discount codes or promotional coupons used at checkout are invalidated immediately after purchase and cannot be reinstated once a return request is submitted.

 Except where otherwise required by law, you may request an unconditional return if any one of the following applies:

  • The item received does not match the item ordered
  • Accessories or contents are incomplete
  • The product is defective or damaged during shipping

To request a return, please contact peacefy within 7 days of receiving your order via our website message form, email, or phone. Place the item(s), all included contents, and any gifts back into the original peacefy shipping box and package securely. Our team will contact you to arrange the next steps.

By submitting a return request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this return policy and authorize peacefy to handle the subsequent procedures on your behalf.

 ▍About Refunds

Whether payment was made by credit card or LINE Pay, refunds will be processed within two weeks after we receive and verify the returned items. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, and you will be notified through our official website once the refund is completed.

The actual refund posting date may vary depending on your card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly for confirmation of the exact deposit date.

Order Tracking

Log in to your peacefy account by selecting the profile icon at the top right of the website, entering your member details, and signing in to view your order history.

If you have previously made a purchase on the peacefy website, you can also check your order details by opening the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout and clicking the link within the message.

    Please ensure your email address is correct. Order updates and invoices will be sent to this email.

  6. Enter shipping address (recipient details)
