If the package cannot be delivered or is rejected by the logistics delivery and is returned to our company, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be made later.
▍Order re-delivery
If the order needs to be re-delivered due to personal reasons, such as the delivery information you provided is incorrect, the delivery address is changed after two deliveries failed, etc., you need to contact customer service directly to provide the correct information and pay the additional single shipping fee (NT$60 for store-to-store delivery and NT$100 for home delivery). Electronic invoices
Invoice issuance follows the "Guidelines for the Implementation of Electronic Invoices" (Tai Shui Zi No. 1070001765, Ministry of Finance Order). For purchases made on the peacefy website, paper invoices will no longer be sent. Instead, electronic invoices will be issued. An electronic invoice notification will be sent to the email address you provided during your order within three business days of successful payment.
Company invoices can be downloaded and printed directly from the electronic invoice PDF file in the letter.
Mobile device: You can also use your mobile device to store electronic invoices. However, please pay special attention to the accuracy of the information. If the information is incorrect and not promptly notified and corrected, the consumer will bear the relevant responsibility.

Refund and Return
About Returns <br/>In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China, online shoppers are entitled to a 7-day trial period. If you wish to return or exchange goods after receiving them, please do so within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning the goods and our service staff will assist you with the return process.
The current return method is to return the entire order. The ordered goods must be in new condition and the packaging must be intact, as well as the accompanying gifts, shipping details and all accompanying documents. Otherwise, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged, worn, scratched, stained, or have incomplete packaging due to improper use or disassembly by the consumer, or if accessories or gifts are missing.
Discount codes and coupons used will expire immediately after completing the checkout process, and you will not be able to get a refund for the used discount even if a return request is established.
In addition to the unconditional return and exchange rights of consumers otherwise provided by law, you can return the product unconditionally as long as you meet one of the following conditions:

For payments made using Pay, we will process the refund online within two weeks after we receive and confirm the returned merchandise is correct.
