Downward Dog
• Kneel down on both legs, extend your arms forward, lower your head, and put your limbs on the ground. • Push your hands forward, use your legs to slowly raise your hips, and stretch your body. • Make sure your heels are pressed down close to the ground. • Straighten your knees and back. • Keep your hands, waist, and hips in a straight line. Stay for 5 breaths.
